1. How do I book the party? Call 770-548-4522 during business hours or fill out the form above and click “Submit.” Your request will be sent directly to our rock-star team of party planning professionals who will contact you as soon as possible to help personally plan and book your event.
2. When do I need to arrive? You and your guests should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. The party room will open promptly at the time of your reservation and is available for 45 minutes only, so it’s important to be on-time.
3. What is the cancellation policy? A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required, but is applied towards the total price and is transferable to other dates as long as we are notified at least 48 hours before the party.
4. What if I’m not 100% sure about my party’s final headcount? We get it: party guests don’t always RSVP quickly. That is OK—just give us your best estimate for now. You can always add or subtract, even the day of your party! Please note that you must have a minimum of 8 people to qualify for a party package.
5. Can I bring my own food and drinks? How about my own birthday cake? While we’d love to accommodate, unfortunately, no outside food or beverage is allowed into the station except for birthday cakes. Your safety is our number one priority, and in order to ensure a safe environment for all of our guests, we control all food and beverage within our station. With so many of our guests experiencing food allergies, this policy has become a necessity, and we hope you understand. 6. What does the set-up/arrangement of the party room look like? The party room will be set up with your chosen color tablecloths. Happy Birthday napkins, plates, and cups will be provided, and the pizza and drinks will be set up buffet style. If you have leftover food and/or drinks after the party room time is up, you may bring them to the tables in the arcade area.
7. Who will be serving us during the party? Your party host will be available during your room time to serve and assist you as needed. Once your room time is finished, your host will provide you with a schedule for chosen attractions and everything you need to lead your party to each attraction on your own. Have questions during your time with us? All our employees have a copy of your schedule so feel free to ask any staff member if you need assistance!
8. What else do I need to know? Be aware of the following attraction specific information when selecting your party activities:
   • Clip ‘N Climb: Climbers must weigh at least 30 lbs., wear closed toed shoes and have a signed consent form completed by a parent or guardian. It’s highly recommended parents fill out the form online ahead of time.
   • Gem Mining: There is an additional fee depending on the gem bag selected.
